What do we do?

We offer confidential information and advice on a wide range of subjects. We explain the choices available and help you decide what you want to do. If you need help, we may be able to take action on your behalf.

Who can benefit from this service?

Anyone who needs information and advice about any issues affecting older people.

How much will it cost?

Our information and advice service is free.

How do we operate?

We can talk to personal callers in our office in Devizes or on the telephone. We can also take enquiries by email. If you are not able to get to see us and you need a home visit, we will try to arrange for one of our community based volunteers to see you.
We will not tell anyone about your business without your permission and will not make judgments about your life or what you want to do. Our service is independent which means that we will not be influenced by other interests when advising you.

We can help with...

  • Welfare benefits
  • Health and social care
  • Family matters
  • Housing choices
  • Leisure activities
  • Local services
